7. Orders and Payments

Orders for photographs and portrait products are processed through authorized third-party ordering platforms.

All pricing, product descriptions, and ordering processes are managed through the ordering system at the time of purchase.

All sales are final.

8. Product Replacement Policy

If a portrait package or product arrives damaged or incorrect, Clix Photography will replace the affected item.

Requests for replacement must be submitted within a reasonable period after receipt of the product.

Clix Photography reserves the right to determine whether replacement is appropriate.

9. Digital Image Purchases

Digital portrait downloads may be available for purchase through the third-party ordering system.

Once digital files have been delivered or made available for download, all digital purchases are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their digital images.

10. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivered to the student’s school

  • Shipped directly to the customer’s home

  • Provided via digital download

If a physical package is lost during shipment, Clix Photography will replace the order once the loss has been verified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing orders.

  • Downloading or attempting to download photographs without purchase
